The Debt Elimination Calculator (DEC) is a Microsoft Excel workbook operating in Windows® 2000/XP/Vista. The Excel workbook includes 6 worksheets, i.e. Welcome, Analysis, Cash Flow, Engine, Log, and Instructions worksheets. The DEC product can accommodate Fixed and Adjustable rate Loans/Mortgages with multiple Frequency payments and with multiple Rate adjustments. Cash Flow available for Debt Elimination processing can be derived from all sources of Income including Household Income, Business Income, Savings/Money Market/Investments accounts, etc. Initially, up to 7 different Debt or Income profiles and up to 7 different Cash Flow sources can be accommodated. Links are provided to expand to more than 7 slots. Most individuals and smaller businesses will discover 7 Debts, Lines of Credit are sufficient to extract enough Wealth that is satisfactory.

DEC was created to provide a tool so that an individual Household, owner or renter, or a Business, owner or executive, can expand their personal or business Wealth without spending any extra Money by allocating less than 1 hour of time per month inputting the data, viewing the results, and executing the Debt Elimination and Wealth Building process.
